Shipping and Returns

Shipping is standard and free on all orders to the United States and Canada. We currently only ship to these territories. All orders ship within 24 hours of purchasing except on weekends and holidays. Orders receive weekends and holidays ship the next business day that follows. Orders are shipped priority mail and arrive within five business days. Refunds will be made only on products that have been unopened and remain in their original packaging. Returns should be made within 14 days of receipt in order for a refund to be issued. No refunds will be applied to any package that has been opened. If there is an issue with your product, please email orders@queenmajeeda.com with a picture of the product that clearly shows the area of concern with a detailed description within 14 days of receipt and we will get your issue resolved.
